The People Operations Generalist provides internal support and partnership to business lines, delivering critical human resources functions and workforce management. This includes employee/labor relations, onboarding, training, performance management, employee experience, leave administration, workers compensation, and contributing to moderately complex projects. This role involves independent work, partnership, and collaboration across all levels of the organization. This role reports in-office to the Farmers Branch location 4 days a week.
