About The Position

We are seeking an experienced HR People Operations Coordinator with 3+ years of hands-on HR experience, ideally across multiple employment setups in the EMEA region. The ideal candidate takes initiative, solves HR challenges proactively, delivers consistently accurate, high-quality work, owns and improves end-to-end HR processes, handles team member queries confidently and professionally, and thrives in remote or distributed environments while maintaining operational excellence. This role requires direct, practical experience in full team member lifecycle management (onboarding, active employment, offboarding), HR documentation, compliance, and data accuracy, HR systems, workflows, and operational processes, and day-to-day HR support across multiple locations. Requirements

• 3+ years of direct HR experience (non-negotiable)
• Experience working across multiple EMEA countries and employment models
• Solid understanding of full lifecycle HR practices and compliance
• Familiarity with standard recruitment processes, including interviewing
• Strong attention to detail and ownership-driven mindset
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Confidence using HR systems, spreadsheets, and digital tools
• Interest in automation and process optimisation
• Experience working in remote or distributed teams

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records across various employment setups
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies
• Monitor and improve HR workflows and operational efficiency
• Provide reliable day-to-day HR guidance
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
• Prepare documentation and coordinate access
• Ensure smooth transitions at every stage
• Maintain structured, audit-ready HR records
• Act as a trusted point of contact for HR matters
• Provide clear guidance and timely resolutions
• Support engagement initiatives, milestones, and recognition programs
• Maintain HR systems and ensure data integrity
• Identify and implement operational improvements
• Develop and update HR documentation and SOPs
• Support recruitment processes and documentation
• Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires
• Gradually take ownership of candidate screening, interview coordination, and hiring manager communication
• Contribute to improving recruitment workflows across regions
