The Role You'll help run the day-to-day of people operations: onboarding new hires, managing offboarding, administering benefits, maintaining compliance, and keeping our systems (Rippling) organized and accurate. This is a hands-on execution role in-person in the San Francisco office with room to shape processes from scratch alongside the Chief of Staff.
