People Operations Analyst

AsanaVancouver, BC
$132,000 - $150,000Hybrid

About The Position

The People Team is a global team responsible for helping Asana scale with clarity, focus, and impact. We partner closely with leaders across the company to enable performance, develop talent, and build systems that support strong execution and a great employee experience. Our work spans talent and performance management, rewards, employee relations, people partnerships, and people analytics. As the People Analytics Partner, you will play a critical role in helping the People Team solve complex problems using data and insights. This role is embedded in People Team initiatives—not operating as a back-office reporting function, but as an active partner on high-priority projects. You’ll work closely with People leaders to analyze challenges, inform decisions, and support execution through clear, actionable analytics. This role is based in our Vancouver office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. If you're interviewing for this role, your recruiter will share more about the in-office requirements.
