Requirements

  • 5-7 years of proven experience as a PX Business Partner or in Organizational Development.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business goals into actionable human resource capabilities.
  • Demonstrated success in influencing senior leaders and navigating fast-paced, innovative environments.
  • Deep understanding of HR fundamentals including compensation, compliance, and performance management.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting scaling software organizations or background in the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (AEC) industry.

Responsibilities

  • Drive high-impact strategic initiatives that increase employee engagement and evolve our high-performance culture.
  • Partner with senior leaders to diagnose organizational needs and lead complex change management processes.
  • Spearhead the integration of AI and emerging technologies to enhance productivity and streamline the talent lifecycle.
  • Act as the primary strategic consultant for talent management, workforce planning, and succession strategies.
  • Orchestrate the implementation of company-wide business processes that align people strategy with recurring revenue goals.
