We are seeking a strategic, hands-on, and globally minded People Experience & Talent Manager to support the company’s continued international growth and broader people operations initiatives across SUMMIT One Vanderbilt and SUMMIT Entertainment Ventures. This role will lead full-cycle global recruitment efforts, HR expansion projects, compensation and benefits strategy, and cross-functional HR operational initiatives across multiple markets and business lines. The ideal candidate is both operationally excellent and highly strategic, with strong talent acquisition capabilities, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to pivot across a range of HR projects as business needs evolve. This person should thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and be able to build scalable people processes while partnering closely with leadership to drive organizational growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations within high-growth or global organizations.
  • Proven experience leading full-cycle recruitment across multiple business functions and international markets.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, ADP, and HRIS systems.
  • Knowledge of compensation analysis, benefits administration, and HR analytics/reporting.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, organizational, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and adapt quickly to changing business needs
  • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail and process improvement mindset.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting global expansion initiatives, international HR operations, or multi-entity business environments, including work connected to emerging ventures or new market growth, strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruitment across all departments and global locations, leading hiring strategy, workforce planning, and senior stakeholder alignment.
  • Lead international recruitment initiatives, including executive-level searches and specialized hiring for global expansion projects.
  • Partner with business leaders and executives to translate business objectives into workforce plans, including organizational design, headcount forecasting, hiring timelines, and budget planning across SUMMIT One Vanderbilt, SUMMIT Paris, and other evolving SUMMIT Entertainment Ventures markets.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse ATS, and other sourcing tools to drive efficient, data-informed recruiting operations.
  • Develop and execute internal recruiting strategies that reduce external agency reliance and improve recruiting efficiency.
  • Lead HR expansion strategy for new global markets, including development of compensation frameworks, hiring infrastructure, and localized benefits offerings.
  • Conduct compensation benchmarking and market analysis to support equitable and competitive global pay practices.
  • Partner with external vendors, consultants, and benefit brokerages to negotiate and implement competitive benefits programs globally.
  • Assist in the development and management of global and local HR departmental budgets, including forecasting, expense tracking, GL code alignment, and ongoing reforecasting.
  • Produce and present quarterly HR analytics dashboards highlighting recruiting metrics, retention trends, turnover analysis, and workforce insights.
  • Maintain and improve HR operational processes, policies, SOPs, and documentation to support scalability and compliance.
  • Support HRIS administration, onboarding processes, organizational chart management, and employee lifecycle administration.
  • Lead or support employee engagement and wellness initiatives focused on culture, inclusion, and employee wellbeing.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across HR operations, recruiting, and employee experience functions, while supporting a broad range of strategic and day-to-day HR projects, as needed.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance
  • Lead employee engagement survey results analysis and year-end review process.
  • Manage all time off policies in SUMMIT’s HRIS. Including processing Covid Leave, monitoring approval of employee timecards, sick time, and PTO requests, approving holiday pay etc.
