Fairmont Heritage Place, Ghirardelli Square is seeking a People & Culture Manager to oversee all human resources and workplace compliance functions. This role reports to the General Manager and is responsible for colleague relations, performance management, talent development, benefits administration, and fostering a culture aligned with Accor’s values. The position involves leading the People & Culture Department, partnering with leadership on various HR functions, promoting a positive workplace, and managing recruitment, onboarding, and internal mobility. The role also serves as a technical point of contact for HR systems, oversees benefits and payroll, manages performance reviews, and produces HR metrics and reports. Collaboration with other People & Culture teams for Learning & Development and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives is expected. The Manager will develop and enforce policies, ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and act as a liaison for labor relations. They will also lead annual corporate and regulatory audits.
