About The Position

We are seeking a strategic, people-first business partner to align People & Culture strategies with organizational goals and operational needs. You will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing People & Culture expertise to influence decision-making and drive business success. Your responsibilities will include supporting the year-end performance review process, talent review, calibration, and succession planning for respective business groups. You will oversee change management initiatives, ensuring seamless implementation of organizational transitions, and manage performance improvement initiatives and employee relations issues, ensuring fairness and consistency. Your leadership will shape a culture grounded in our values, elevate the employee experience, and ensure our People & Culture strategy aligns with long-term business priorities.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of progressive experience.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to partner with executive leadership.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Must be a team-player, with a collaborative approach and a focus on winning as a team.
  • Demonstrated experience executing L&D programs that drive measurable business impact.
  • Experience with leadership development programs and facilitating high-quality learning experiences at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders to align People & Culture strategies with organizational goals and operational needs.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of business strategy, goals and challenges.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing People & Culture expertise to influence decision-making and drive business success.
  • Partner with leadership to design and execute strategies that enhance team and organizational performance.
  • Be a role model leader and a champion of change, building organizational trust and promoting a positive workplace culture, identifying and communicating trends.
  • Support the People & Culture Director with initiatives for client groups such as developing programs and services to increase employee engagement, retention and job satisfaction.
  • Support and coach leaders and managers in developing their teams and in career pathing.
  • Support the year-end performance review process for client groups and work in partnership with People & Culture Director on talent review, calibration, and succession planning for respective business groups.
  • Oversee change management initiatives, ensuring seamless implementation of organizational transitions.
  • Manage performance improvement initiatives and employee relations issues, ensuring fairness and consistency, and escalating when needed.
  • Build and execute robust learning and development programs that align with organizational culture and business needs; assess quality, content, and effectiveness of training including program evaluations, training materials, and learning reinforcement.
  • Help execute and facilitate leadership development programs, ensuring consistent delivery and a high-quality experience for participants across the organization.
  • Develop mechanisms to measure the success and business impact of L&D programs; use data and evaluation insights to continuously improve programs and inform stakeholder decisions.
  • Create scalable programs that empower team members to achieve career and personal growth goals; collaborate with P&C business partners, talent management and business leaders to identify and provide the right learning experiences for talent development.

  • Pay Transparency - One of our values is Stark Honesty and the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At Orveon Global, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is $110,000-$125,000.
