You will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing People & Culture expertise to influence decision-making and drive business success. Your responsibilities will include supporting the year-end performance review process, talent review, calibration, and succession planning for respective business groups. You will oversee change management initiatives, ensuring seamless implementation of organizational transitions, and manage performance improvement initiatives and employee relations issues, ensuring fairness and consistency. Your leadership will shape a culture grounded in our values, elevate the employee experience, and ensure our People & Culture strategy aligns with long-term business priorities.
