Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Overall GPA of 3.0 or greater.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet application is essential.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the HR Director and HR Manager on key projects related to compliance, recruiting, onboarding, and talent management.
- Post job openings, review resumes, and coordinate the interview process.
- Assist in ensuring HR practices are legally compliant and efficient.
- Support the management of employee benefits, assisting with new hire enrollments and troubleshooting issues.
- Learn about payroll systems and how they integrate with HR processes.
