About The Position

As an HR Operations Intern you will support the HR Operations team in multiple administrative tasks and projects. An excellent opportunity will be provided to gain practical experience in a professional HR environment, develop essential skills, and contribute to the team's overall success. You will report to the HR Manager and be located at our Cranberry facility. This is a paid full-time hybrid position for the summer, May - August 2027.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in human resources or related discipline
• Complete Sophomore year of college
• Prior internship or work experience in HR

Responsibilities

• Work with US HR Operations team to evaluate and update desktop procedures
• Research HR best practices and contribute to the development of these guidelines
• Help with employee inquiries by researching policies and providing information to employees and managers
• Provide administrative support to HR team members to support investigations
• Prepare reports and presentations
