About The Position
ID Tech Solutions is seeking an organized People & Culture Generalist to support our growing team. This role manages the full employee life cycle- from recruiting and onboarding to benefits, compliance, and employee support. You’ll be the go-to resource for employees and leadership, ensuring HR processes run smoothly while helping foster a positive, supportive, and collaborative culture.
Requirements
- 3+ years of HR experience (generalist or coordinator).
- Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to think outside of the box.
Responsibilities
- Manage HR administration, policies, and employee support.
- Oversee time & attendance, PTO, and compliance in ADP.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: job postings, interviews, offers, onboarding, and orientation.
- Support employee engagement programs, recognition, and feedback.
- Administer benefits, 401k, FMLA, and compliance requirements.
- Prepare HR reports and assist with disciplinary actions and terminations.
