This role is responsible for maintaining HR systems and records with accuracy and consistency, ensuring employees receive timely and professional support, and that all event staffing needs are met with qualified, compliant, and well-prepared team members. The ideal candidate is highly organized, people-first in approach, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced hospitality environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a genuine enthusiasm for supporting both the HR function and the people it serves.
