Requirements

  • Proficient with reporting
  • Proficiency in HRIS/ATS systems (ideally ADP and Greenhouse)
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Experience with multiple HR disciplines, including staffing, investigations, compensation practices, performance improvement plans, on-boarding/off-boarding process, employee relations, diversity/inclusion, talent management, and succession planning.
  • Knowledge and understanding of benefits administration and payroll
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5 years of experience in talent operations, generalist or related field, preferably in a startup environment
  • Experience in a fast-paced, rapid-growth organization

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on performance, engagement, and conflict resolution matters.
  • Manage sensitive employee issues with discretion, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and supporting a culture of open communication.
  • Manage key end-to-end processes, implement effective planning and retention strategies to meet the diverse needs in a dynamic business environment.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify candidate profiles and develop effective interview plans.
  • Partners with People & Culture Associate and or the payroll team to ensure transactional paperwork is handled smoothly.
  • Assist the manager to develop and implement effective recruitment actions to meet the hiring goals.
  • Ensure satisfactory onboarding process, transfer and off-boarding experiences of new employee, and prepare the relevant letters or documents.
  • Lead reporting, analytics, and operational aspects of talent acquisition.
  • Track key metrics, analyze recruitment data, and identify trends to inform decision-making.
  • Streamline and enhance talent acquisition operations, including onboarding, contingent workers, and reporting processes.
  • Implement and maintain People & Culture systems and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
