The People & Culture (P&C) team is currently recruiting for People & Culture Coordinator. Each role has varied schedules and responsibilities – please indicate your position preference in your cover letter. This position will require primarily work during weekdays during core business hours. Due to the nature of the departments this position supports, occasional weekend and evening work may be required, though infrequent. This role will support all four LA Phil venues but will primarily be based on-site at Walt Disney Concert Hall. The P&C Coordinator, reporting to the Sr. P&C Business Partner, supports all hiring, onboarding, offboarding, and compliance activity for the assigned departments.
