Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in human resources, recruiting, or a related field.
  • High-volume recruiting experience preferred (skilled trades, field service, or similar industries is a plus).
  • Strong sourcing skills and ability to engage top talent.
  • Experience managing multiple open roles simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and HRIS systems (Workday or iSolved preferred).
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Customer-service mindset with a collaborative, team-first attitude.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
  • SHRM-CP certification a plus.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Support core People & Culture operations by processing bi-weekly payroll and maintaining accurate records in Workday.
  • Maintain accurate records in Workday.
  • Administer employee benefits.
  • Support onboarding activities including HRIS entry and I-9 documentation.
  • Serve as the Workday subject matter expert, providing troubleshooting and user support.
  • Manage employee inquiries with a strong customer service focus.
  • Assist with employee relations matters as needed.
  • Support new hire orientation.
  • Support employee recognition programs.
  • Maintain personnel files in compliance with company policies.
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple locations.
  • Build candidate pipelines through various channels.
  • Screen and interview candidates.
  • Partner with branch managers to meet hiring goals while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Support compliance and administrative functions such as background checks, employment verifications, tracking training and certifications.
  • Assist with termination processes.
