Open Door Group (ODG), a mission-driven non-profit organization serving communities across British Columbia and Alberta, is looking for a People & Culture Business Partner to join our team! This role is a strategic, collaborative, and forward-thinking People & Culture Business Partner to support our growing team in Alberta and help strengthen our ability to deliver exceptional employment services to the people and communities we serve. Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, this role is a trusted advisor to leaders across Alberta, partnering with them to build engaged teams, develop leadership capability, and navigate complex people and organizational challenges.
