We are looking for a detail-oriented and service driven People Coordinator & Office Operations Associate to support our Redwood City office. This role plays a critical part in delivering a seamless and engaging workplace experience while supporting a wide range of administrative and facilities-related needs. Reporting to the local People team and partnering cross-functionally, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the go-to person, thrives on keeping things organized, and takes pride in making the workplace run smoothly. This is a part-time role working 3 days per week onsite in Redwood City. Hours are 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with flexibility on the third working day.
