As a People Consultant, you’ll play a key role in driving high‑impact initiatives across the People (HR) organization—bringing both strategy and execution together to move priorities forward. You’ll partner closely with Leaders and stakeholders to plan, manage, and deliver a wide range of projects, from targeted process improvements to complex, multi‑faceted initiatives. With a strong project management mindset, you’ll balance multiple priorities, establish clear governance, and ensure work stays aligned to business goals and timelines. This role goes beyond coordination—you’ll think ahead to outcomes, define success metrics early, and use data to tell clear, compelling stories that guide decision‑making. By developing communications, preparing Leadership materials, and translating complex work into simple, meaningful updates, you’ll help create alignment and momentum across Teams. Through a mix of analytical thinking, creativity, and collaboration, you’ll help shape programs that improve how Southwest supports its Employees while building a strong, consistent experience across the organization. The culture of Southwest Airlines means we value the camaraderie, collaboration, and innovation that occurs when we come together and interact face-to-face at our vibrant Corporate Campus. Due to the nature of this role, you would be required to work from our Dallas, TX Headquarters facility during business hours. U.S. citizenship or current authorization to work in the U.S. required and no current or future work authorization sponsorship available.
