People Strategy Execution Consultant supports the effective governance, execution, and adoption of the enterprise People Strategy across the health system. The role coordinates strategic initiatives, monitors strategy progress and performance, supports governance processes, and designs change management and communication activities across the organization. The role serves as a key operational and communications partner to HR leadership to help ensure people strategy priorities are clearly communicated, effectively implemented, and consistently reinforced across frontline teams and through executive leadership.
