We’re expanding our People Business Partner team at Owner! As a People Business Partner, you'll be a key strategic partner to our Customer Success and Support leaders, helping scale an organization that delivers world-class customer service to thousands of restaurant owners. Customer Success is critical to our Mission and vision: our service role models are companies like Zappos and Apple, and we hold a very high bar for our teams’ performance. In this role, you'll align People strategy with business priorities, driving organizational effectiveness, performance, engagement, and growth. You'll bring a proactive, systems-oriented approach to solving challenges—building frameworks, processes, and operating rhythms that help leaders scale their teams and improve how the organization operates. As an embedded partner, you'll serve as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders, helping them build high-performing teams, strengthen culture, and navigate change. At Owner, the People Business Partner role goes far beyond the “traditional” scope: you’ll operate much like a Chief of Staff for your business group. If you're energized by solving complex organizational challenges, influencing senior stakeholders, and building high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you. This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada.
