About The Position

CoreWeave is seeking a People Business Partner to support its G&A organizations. This role serves as the primary point of contact for managers and employees, working alongside senior PBPs who manage the strategic aspects of G&A. The People Business Partner will handle day-to-day employee and manager needs, ensuring people programs are effectively implemented and executed. This position offers broad exposure across multiple functions, opportunities to build trusted relationships, and the chance to develop a comprehensive skill set as a high-performing business partner. It is an excellent foundation for individuals earlier in their HR careers, providing real responsibility, business context, and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Execute hands-on, proactive support across the employee lifecycle to ensure people programs land and deliver measurable impact.
  • Leverage data, observations, and experience to identify recurring patterns, surface signals quickly, and synthesize them into clear actions for leaders.
  • Manage and prioritize organizational change in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, ensuring seamless transitions, transparency, and business continuity.
  • Partner with leaders to drive workforce planning activities and enable consistent, defensible people decisions.
  • Consult on complex people matters, balancing risk, speed, and business practicality.
  • Collaborate effectively with the People Team and other stakeholders to deliver scalable, business-aligned people solutions.
