About The Position

As a People Business Partner supporting our Technology portfolio, you will serve as the primary strategic and tactical point of contact for leaders across our Product, Engineering, AI, Innovation, and IT functions. In this role, you will translate high-level people strategies into actionable plans that optimize team health, engagement, and performance across high-growth technical teams. You will leverage data-driven insights to build deep leadership relationships, facilitate talent workflows, and operationally embed core organizational values at every level.

Requirements

  • Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, a related business discipline, or equivalent professional experience
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience directly managing and supporting end-to-end employee lifecycle processes
  • Proven experience operating within a fast-paced, high-growth technology corporate environment
  • Documented experience designing, standing up, or implementing AI-enabled talent strategies

Nice To Haves

  • Experience utilizing generative AI tools or advanced predictive workforce analytics to design data-driven talent mapping, augment performance workflows, and optimize organizational health across technical teams
  • Direct HR experience partnering with complex engineering, product, or technical functions
  • Functional knowledge of technical operating models, including Sprint cycles, DevOps methodologies, and AI production workflows

Responsibilities

  • Provide data-led coaching and guidance to people managers on performance management, career development framework execution, and team dynamics
  • Lead the end-to-end rollout of core People & Culture initiatives, including Annual Reviews, Compensation Planning, and Engagement Surveys, tailoring delivery specifically for technical workflows
  • Track, analyze, and drive key talent metrics—including attrition and promotion rates—to identify organizational trends and deliver proactive solutions to leadership
  • Partner directly with the People Relations team and business leaders as a neutral advocate to investigate and resolve complex employee relations matters with high discretion
  • Identify workflow and lifecycle friction points to streamline internal People & Culture processes, directly optimizing the developer and engineering employee experience
