Requirements

5+ years of HR or related experience
HRIS expertise (UKG preferred) and Microsoft Office skills
Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Virginia childcare licensing knowledge required

Responsibilities

Supervise and develop People Team/HR operations staff
Oversee HRIS, payroll, onboarding, compliance, and employee records
Partner with Youth Development to ensure staff clearance and licensing compliance
Support recruitment, training, and retention of high-quality staff
Champion inclusion, engagement, and a culture of child safety
Build strong relationships across branches and departments
