About The Position

Requirements

  • 5+ years of HR or related experience
  • HRIS expertise (UKG preferred) and Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Virginia childcare licensing knowledge required

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and develop People Team/HR operations staff
  • Oversee HRIS, payroll, onboarding, compliance, and employee records
  • Partner with Youth Development to ensure staff clearance and licensing compliance
  • Support recruitment, training, and retention of high-quality staff
  • Champion inclusion, engagement, and a culture of child safety
  • Build strong relationships across branches and departments
