We are seeking a high-energy, people-focused professional to lead our recruitment efforts and support vital HR operations. This is an entry-level growth role designed for someone who thrives on building relationships, conducting interviews, and representing our mission to the next generation of talent. While you will execute essential HR cycles like benefits and payroll, your primary mission is to be the face of our organization, ensuring we attract and hire world-class candidates. The People and Recruitment Lead role is critical to ensuring our organization thrives by attracting, supporting, and retaining exceptional talent. This position offers a pathway for internal growth, with the potential to assume greater leadership responsibilities in the future.

  • The ability to find, attract, and hire the best candidates to drive our mission forward, coupled with a willingness to travel up to 75% of the time during peak recruitment cycles.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full interview lifecycle for applicants, ensuring a seamless and professional experience from first contact to hire.
  • Serve as our primary representative at roughly 8 university career fairs and external expos annually to drive recruitment.
  • Manage seasonal HR cycles including benefits open enrollment, merit reviews, and payroll approval.
  • Maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers and benefit brokers, gradually taking ownership of renewal processes.
  • Facilitate excellent onboarding for new hires, ensuring the strategic goals of leadership.
