The People & Culture Specialist serves as the primary People & Culture partner for assigned frontline leaders, employees, construction projects, and field operations teams. Supporting a defined client group, the role provides consultative guidance on employee relations, workforce issues, leadership effectiveness, compliance, and employee experience. As the primary field-facing member of the People & Culture team, the Specialist regularly travels to construction sites and operational locations to build trusted relationships with leaders and employees, understand workforce challenges, and provide practical people solutions that support business performance. The role requires fluency in both English and Spanish to effectively support frontline leaders and employees, conduct investigations, facilitate training, and communicate People & Culture programs and initiatives throughout field operations. This role will be hybrid requiring a minimum of 3 days in office.
