This individual will have a broad knowledge of people and culture functions, from hiring to onboarding and from team member compensation to evaluation.

Requirements

  • Prior experience is highly preferred
  • Approachable, personable and friendly personality
  • Attention to detail and highly organized
  • A sense of discretion as this role handles sensitive team member information

Responsibilities

  • Handle team member relations, counseling, and exit interviews
  • Investigate team member relations issues and counsel leaders on team member issues
  • Assist leaders in the recruitment effort for all exempt and non-exempt team members
  • Participate in safety meetings to ensure the program meets ever necessary component
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state and local employment and benefits law and regulation
