This individual will have a broad knowledge of people and culture functions, from hiring to onboarding and from team member compensation to evaluation.

Requirements

Prior experience is highly preferred
Approachable, personable and friendly personality
Attention to detail and highly organized
A sense of discretion as this role handles sensitive team member information

Responsibilities

Handle team member relations, counseling, and exit interviews
Investigate team member relations issues and counsel leaders on team member issues
Assist leaders in the recruitment effort for all exempt and non-exempt team members
Participate in safety meetings to ensure the program meets ever necessary component
Maintain compliance with federal, state and local employment and benefits law and regulation
