Reporting to the People and Culture Partner – Regional, the People and Culture Adviser - Regional, is responsible for supporting leaders and team members across the business. This role undertakes the day-to-day transactional HR activities, provides guidance, practical problem-solving, and responsive support in a fast-paced operational environment. You’ll work closely with leaders to ensure they are confident managing people matters in line with legislation, industrial instruments, and WesTrac policies. This is a hands-on, fast-moving position where priorities can shift frequently. You’ll need to be comfortable working with ambiguity, making informed decisions with confidence, and adapting quickly as business needs change. The role also involves regular travel to regional areas across WA to support our remote operations and maintain strong on-the-ground relationships. Location: South Guildford Roster - Mon to Friday 8.5 hours (including lunch)
