The People and Culture Intern supports the Employee Experience team in delivering a consistent, engaging and values-driven experience across the full teammate lifecycle. This role gains hands-on exposure to talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, engagement and people operations. The Intern plays a meaningful role in keeping systems organized, supporting recruiting and onboarding activities and assisting with engagement initiatives that help teammates thrive. Through data entry, project support and coordination efforts, this role contributes to operational excellence while living out Our Values.
