The Generalist operates under the guidance of the SVP of People & Culture to provide organizational management of HR administration, functions and to nurture our strong and supportive employee culture. This role supports our retention objectives by assisting with facilitating appropriate staff training, collecting employee feedback, and managing stay and exit interview processes. Additionally, the Generalist collaborates on in-house investigations and performance management, recruitment, compensation audits, adjustments and studies. They also play a key role in securing training funds through grant submissions and ensuring compliance with grant requirements.
