The Senior People & Culture Generalist is a trusted partner to leaders and employees across Kinder's, supporting the full employee lifecycle while helping build scalable People practices that enable our continued growth. This is a highly visible, hands-on role for someone who enjoys balancing day-to-day employee support with strategic People initiatives. You'll partner with leaders, navigate employee relations, support talent programs, improve People processes, and help shape an engaging employee experience across the organization. Success in this role requires sound judgment, strong business acumen, exceptional relationship-building skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities shift quickly.
