We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented People and Culture Coordinator to support our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating structure, supporting employees, and helping operations run smoothly in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This position will support day-to-day P&C operations including onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, interview coordination, HR systems administration, and general employee support. In addition, this role will partner with the Executive Assistant/Admin team to assist with office coordination, employee events, lunch ordering, and other operational support as needed.
