About The Position

ATX Loot Rentals is hiring for a full-time People and Culture Coordinator for our ATX location! This position is in-office and will focus on supporting company culture and will report directly to our People and Culture Director. The ideal candidate will bring energy, enthusiasm, amazing administrative skills, and an incredible work ethic to the Loot team. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruiting and hiring process, including but not limited to managing job postings, coordinating interviews, facilitating background checks, and tracking onboarding completion for new hires.
  • Support new hire on the first day logistics
  • Upkeep bi-weekly tasks for payroll
  • Manage employee files for accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain training content in Trainual for People and Culture department
  • Support and carry out company engagement initiative and programs
  • Coordinate logistics for company events and meetings
  • Support special projects for People and Culture department
  • Execute internal monthly company newsletter
  • Other projects or duties related to Human Resources
