About The Position

This teammate is an integral partner in enabling partners through technology, managing data and reporting, and developing new analytics for people-related needs across the enterprise. The role supports field and corporate functions by owning people-related technology and ensuring efficient reporting processes. The position includes developing expertise in people analytics technology and data flows, maintaining data integrity and efficient processes across systems, building self-service reporting, and creating advanced analytics to address business issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Expert-level computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of statistical and predictive modeling, with coding and modeling experience.
• Knowledge of Workday data and reporting, and database administration.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of people analytics technology investments, including back-end data flows and user experience.
• Work closely with internal and external peers and stakeholders.
• Prioritize multiple requests and determine which business problems are most important to address.
• Ensure data integrity across multiple systems.
• Continuously oversee data processes, including transformations and calculations, to ensure they run efficiently.
• Create and maintain a self-service reporting model across platforms.
• Help report owners scope their needs and develop solutions to meet them.
• Drive automation and self-service reporting.
• Identify analytical tools to uncover new insights about teammates.
• Build advanced analytical models to address pressing business issues.
