About The Position

At Infoblox, we are seeking a People Analytics Analyst to join our People Operations team in Mexico City. This role reports to our Senior Manager, People Operations. You will be crucial in advancing our people data strategy, supporting AI-driven initiatives, and improving our reporting and analytics capabilities within Oracle HCM. You will collaborate with IT, HR stakeholders, and data strategy SMEs to streamline processes, resolve reporting issues, and deliver impactful dashboards and insights. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in HR reporting and analytics, preferably within an HR technology team
  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining HR reports and dashboards with any major HRIS (for example: Oracle HCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.)
  • Experience with SQL is preferred
  • Proven ability to think critically and solve complex problems, coupled with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated capability to handle multiple priorities effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, data analytics, or related field

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as PowerBI and Tableau considered an asset
  • Experience working on AI or machine learning projects in an HR context considered an asset

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain OTBI and BI reports and dashboards in Oracle HCM
  • Translate business requirements into scalable and insightful reporting solutions
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports and dashboards
  • Partner with the People Data Strategy SME to support AI-driven analytics initiatives
  • Contribute to the development of new reports and dashboards
  • Assist in shaping the future of people analytics through innovation and automation
  • Work with IT, HRBPs and other stakeholders to manage and resolve reporting-related tickets and sometimes system issues
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users to ensure timely and effective solutions
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting and data processes and develop and implement automation solutions to improve efficiency and reduce errors
  • Document and maintain standard operating procedures for automated workflows
