About The Position

As an Analyst, People Analytics, you’ll turn people data into clear, compelling insights that help leaders make better workforce decisions. In this 18-month opportunity on the People Analytics team, you’ll support and maintain our analytics solutions and dashboards, partner with HR and business stakeholders to understand their questions, and help design and deliver analyses that bring trends, risks, and opportunities to life.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or related discipline
  • 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in advanced analytics, data science, economics, or related analytical disciplines involving complex quantitative and qualitative analysis of business, workforce, or economic data
  • Demonstrated experience applying analytics to support workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and business initiatives
  • Experience supporting the development and application of analytical models and methodologies to address complex problems; knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques considered an asset
  • Tools: experience with data visualization and analytics platforms (Power BI preferred) and working knowledge of HR/BI systems (Oracle HCM/OTBI preferred; PeopleSoft, Workday, and SAP SuccessFactors considered assets)
  • Strong data wrangling skills: integrate data from multiple sources, cleanse/transform large datasets, and resolve data quality or reporting issues across the analysis lifecycle
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in ambiguous environments, prioritize competing demands, and deliver high-quality outcomes
  • Collaborates with team members and shares knowledge and best practices.

Nice To Haves

  • Assets: experience with statistical programming (R/Python) and/or the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)

Responsibilities

  • Support the identification and delivery of people analytics initiatives aligned to business priorities (workforce planning, talent, and organizational effectiveness).
  • Translate HR and business questions into analyses by integrating data from multiple sources, interpreting trends, and summarizing key findings and implications.
  • Build and maintain analytical models, tools, and dashboards that deliver clear, actionable reporting and insights.
  • Apply defined methodologies, standards, and assumptions; assess data quality/limitations; and ensure outputs are accurate, consistent, and fit for purpose.
  • Conduct external benchmarking and research to help contextualize internal workforce trends.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential people data with care, following data governance, privacy, security, and cyber security requirements.
  • Collaborate with the People Analytics team and HR partners to share knowledge and continuously build your people analytics and workforce metrics expertise.
