Requirements

  • A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
  • A Montana physical therapy license, or eligibility for one
  • Current CPR certification
  • Strong communication skills
  • Interest in growing into a leadership role down the line

Nice To Haves

  • A Pelvic Health Certification, or be willing to attend the classes to become certified
  • All experience levels are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

  • Evaluating patients and building individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
  • Treating pelvic floor dysfunction including incontinence, pelvic pain, prolapse, and pre/postpartum recovery
  • Hands-on interventions through manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and specialty modalities
  • Teaching patients and their families about recovery, home exercise, and injury prevention
  • Tracking progress and adjusting plans as patients progress
  • Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care
  • Documenting in line with HIPAA and state and federal rules, using AI tools that cut down on paperwork
