About The Position

Peak Physical Therapy is a therapist-owned outpatient practice with two locations in Helena, MT. The practice was reinvigorated a few years ago when Anthony Purviance took ownership alongside co-owner Courtney, bringing fresh energy and dual-specialty mentorship in orthopedics and neurology. The practice offers 40-minute sessions with no double-booking, unlimited CE funding, and up to $19,000 in fellowship and career investment on top of a competitive base. The caseload spans ortho, neuro, sports, and vestibular care. Peak offers a clear track for career growth, in a city ranked the #1 place to live in Montana. Pelvic health is a growing focus at Peak, and this role will help shape the program. The therapist will have autonomy to build their caseload, mentorship to grow specialty skills, and Continuing Education to pursue advanced pelvic health certifications.
