About The Position

Ground Floor PT is seeking a dedicated Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist to join their growing team. This mission-based clinic focuses on providing accessible and innovative pelvic health care to all individuals with a pelvis. Initially a part-time position, it is expected to transition to full-time as the caseload grows. The clinic emphasizes 1-on-1 treatment sessions, utilizes technology like ambient listening software for documentation and patient self-scheduling, and offers supportive mentorship.

Requirements

Illinois Physical Therapy License
CPR certification
Competent in treating the pelvic floor for all genders or willing to gain competency.
Must have taken at least one initial pelvic health course.
Confident with networking and creating interprofessional connections.
Ability to handle a full caseload of 35-40 patients per week once at full-time hours.

Nice To Haves

Previous clinical experience as an outpatient pelvic floor PT.
Completed pelvic PT clinical rotation or Pelvic PT residency.
Pelvic PT Certifications including Board certified Women's Health clinical specialist (WCS), CAPP certification, PRPC, etc.
Passion for community public health education.
Prior experience treating specialty populations including neurological or pediatric patients.

Responsibilities

Treat the pelvic floor for all genders.
Network and create interprofessional connections to drive patient referrals.
Grow caseload.
Provide 1-on-1 treatment sessions.
Utilize PT Support Technology for clinical documentation and patient management.
Engage in supportive, hands-on mentorship.
Potentially create and promote group classes for community public health education.
