About The Position
Accenture Flex is hiring a Pega Platform Developer Support professional for local, fixed-duration, project-based work. The role supports business transformation initiatives and requires working onsite at the project location 60 to 100 percent of the time. Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area, significantly reducing or eliminating travel demands. The position involves enhancing and maintaining Pega applications and related infrastructure, defining technical requirements and solution designs, and supporting integrations, performance, quality, and scalability. The successful candidate will contribute to system reliability and efficiency, work with cloud operations teams to manage infrastructure capacity and monitor performance indicators, and serve as an L3 escalation point for complex issues while guiding the development team on Pega best practices.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience leading, building, and supporting Pega applications, including case management, business rules, and integrations on Pega Platform PRPC.
- Expert proficiency defining solution designs, overseeing REST API and Java integrations, and managing deployment pipelines.
- Ability to serve as the L3 escalation point for complex issues and guide the development team on Pega best practices.
- High school diploma or GED.
