About The Position

Accenture Flex is hiring a Pega Platform Developer Support professional for fixed-duration, project-based work. The role supports and enhances Pega applications and related infrastructure to meet changing business needs and service-level agreements. The position involves defining and reviewing technical requirements, designing solutions, overseeing integrations and deployment pipelines, and serving as an L3 escalation point for complex issues. The developer will collaborate with development and cloud operations teams, guide colleagues on Pega best practices, and contribute to efforts that improve system reliability, performance, and efficiency. The role requires working 60 to 100 percent onsite at the project in the employee’s local metro area. Accenture Flex offers competitive rewards, benefits, and learning resources. Requirements

At least 6 years of experience leading, building, and supporting Pega applications, including case management, business rules, and integrations on Pega Platform PRPC.
Expert proficiency in defining solution designs, overseeing REST API and Java integrations, and managing deployment pipelines.
Ability to serve as the L3 escalation point for complex issues and guide the development team on Pega best practices.
High school diploma or GED.
