About The Position

Accenture Flex is hiring a Pega Platform Developer Support professional for fixed-duration, project-based work. The role supports business transformation work for Accenture clients and involves contributing independently, collaborating with a skilled and diverse team, and developing subject-matter expertise in the Pega Platform. Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, with travel significantly reduced or eliminated. This role requires working onsite 60 to 100 percent of the time.

The position enhances, maintains, and supports Pega applications and infrastructure in accordance with evolving business needs and service level agreements. It also defines and reviews technical requirements with attention to integration performance, quality, and scalability, and collaborates with cloud operations teams on infrastructure capacity and performance monitoring.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience leading, building, and supporting Pega applications, including case management, business rules, and integrations on the Pega Platform PRPC.
• Expert proficiency developing REST APIs and Java integrations.
• Ability to provide L3 support for application issues within assigned areas.
• High school diploma or GED.
