About The Position
Lead the overall Pega application modernization and cloud migration program. Own solution architecture, design governance, guardrails compliance, application modernization, and technical leadership across all workstreams.
Requirements
- Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA).
- 10+ years of Pega experience.
- Experience with Pega Infinity 24.x/25.x.
- Strong knowledge of Case Management, Decisioning, Smart Dispute, DX APIs.
- Pega Cloud migration experience.
- Experience with Constellation architecture.
- Experience with performance tuning and guardrail optimization.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Pega Readiness Assessment and migration analysis.
- Define target-state architecture and Cloud Migration Strategy.
- Author HLD, Solution Design Documents, and Cloud Blueprint.
- Review and remediate legacy Pega 7 customizations.
- Lead modernization of case types and business processes.
- Ensure guardrail compliance (>95% target).
- Define Agentic AI and GenAI implementation approach.
- Govern migration of agents, integrations, and reporting.
- Lead technical design reviews and deployment readiness reviews.
- Support production cutover and post-go-live stabilization.
