Requirements
- PEGA Platform (PRPC 7.x / 8.x / Infinity)
- Familiarity with PEGA Guardrails and implementation best practices
- Understanding of integrations (REST/SOAP, external systems)
- Strong understanding of BPM, workflow automation, and case lifecycle
Nice To Haves
- Exposure to PEGA UI modernization / upgrades is a plus
- Domain experience in Banking, Insurance, or Financial Services preferred
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations is a plus
Responsibilities
- Strong experience as a Lead System Analyst on PEGA implementations
- Hands-on understanding of PEGA Case Management, Flows, Flow Actions, UI rules, Data Pages, Decision Tables, Reports
- Experience translating business requirements into PEGA-ready functional designs
- Resource should be able to lead the team, take architectural decisions on their own.
