System Architect
About The Position
HN Consulting LLC is seeking a System Architect to design, develop, enhance, debug, and implement software. This role involves troubleshooting production problems, ensuring compliance with IT security standards, and researching, testing, building, and integrating enhancements or new products based on client requirements. The System Architect will design and develop new major software products or significant enhancements to existing software, prepare software-related documentation, and provide status reports. Additionally, this position requires performing feasibility analysis for potential future projects, assisting in the evaluation and recommendation of application software packages, and integration/testing tools. The role also includes acting as a team leader, instructing and directing other software developers, and facilitating change control, problem management, and communication among programmers and analysts. The ideal candidate will possess and apply expertise on multiple complex work assignments.
Requirements
- A minimum of 8+ of experience in software development is desired, but not mandatory.
- Secret Security Clearance
Responsibilities
- Designs, develops, enhances, debugs, and implements software.

- Act as team leader on projects.
- Instructs, assigns, directs, and checks the work of other software developers on development team.
- Facilitates change control, problem management, and communication among programmers and analysts.
- Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments.
