About The Position
We are seeking a Pega Business Analyst for a 100% remote, 6+ month contract position. The role requires a strong understanding of Pega and other BPM products, along with excellent communication and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will be able to execute projects end-to-end and facilitate stakeholder alignment through workshops and demonstrations.
Requirements
- Pega certification
- Experience as a business analyst
- 5+ years of experience as on Pega and other BPM products
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Good Pega product Experience
- Awareness or experience of various industry standard methodologies such as: SDLC, RUP, Agile, SCRUM
- Very good leadership and relationship building skills
