About The Position

We are seeking a 100% Remote ServiceNow HR Business Analyst for a 6+ month contract. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong preference for experience with the ServiceNow HR module. Previous experience in the healthcare or medical device industry is considered a plus. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and translate them into functional requirements for the ServiceNow HR module.
• Configure and customize the ServiceNow HR module to meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for HR data analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow HR module.
