Copa Health is seeking a Peer Recovery Coach that is committed to creating a supportive and empowering environment where members can achieve long-term recovery and wellness. Requirements

Must be Age 21+ with High School Diploma/GED
Peer Support Certification (or complete within 90 days)
Lived Experience meeting AHCCCS Peer Support requirements
Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card eligibility
Valid AZ Driver’s License with clean record & reliable transportation (80% field-based work)
Physical ability to meet job demands (standing/walking 70-90%, lifting up to 50 lbs)
Culturally diverse & inclusive mindset

Responsibilities

Utilize personal recovery experience to mentor and support others.
Advocate for comprehensive, individualized services for program participants.
Assist with community resource access and vocational/educational opportunities.
Maintain compliance with CARF, contract, and regulatory standards.
Build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and community partners.
