About The Position

The Peer Gambling Ambassador will participate in all training activities and events, attend weekly supervision and monthly statewide meetings. This role involves working in collaboration with other peer ambassadors' locations, developing relationships with other community organizations, and conducting outreach in the community. The ambassador will plan and facilitate individual and group education sessions in the community and report education activities back to the team and supervisor.

  • Possess or willingness to learn basic computer skills

Nice To Haves

  • Preference is given to men of color and in recovery
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Valid driver’s license preferred or in process
  • HS or General Education Diploma Preferred
  • Those who are Bilingual (English + Spanish) or Bicultural are encouraged to apply.
