About The Position

We are seeking a Pediatrician to join our growing and established pediatric practice in Culpeper, Virginia. This is an excellent opportunity to join two experienced pediatricians in a collaborative, patient-focused environment that provides comprehensive pediatric care to the community. We are looking for a compassionate, motivated physician who values quality care, teamwork, and building long-term relationships with patients and families. Requirements

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• Active Virginia medical license (or ability to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat pediatric acute and chronic conditions
• Perform routine wellness exams and developmental screenings
• Provide immunization counseling and preventive care
• Manage same-day sick visits and urgent pediatric concerns
• Educate families on treatment plans and healthy development
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in EMR
• Collaborate with pediatricians and multidisciplinary providers
