About The Position
We are seeking a Pediatrician to join our growing and established pediatric practice in Culpeper, Virginia. This is an excellent opportunity to join two experienced pediatricians in a collaborative, patient-focused environment that provides comprehensive pediatric care to the community. We are looking for a compassionate, motivated physician who values quality care, teamwork, and building long-term relationships with patients and families. Position Highlights Join an established pediatric team with 2 pediatricians Provide 7-day/week pediatric access with a schedule designed to complement existing providers Comprehensive outpatient pediatric care including Well-child visits, Sick visits, Preventive care, Chronic condition management, and Parent education and guidance Modern EMR Dedicated 1:1 nursing support Coders provided so physicians are not responsible for billing codes Marketing support for provider growth and visibility
Requirements
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
- Active Virginia medical license (or ability to obtain)

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat pediatric acute and chronic conditions
- Perform routine wellness exams and developmental screenings
- Provide immunization counseling and preventive care
- Manage same-day sick visits and urgent pediatric concerns
- Educate families on treatment plans and healthy development
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in EMR
- Collaborate with pediatricians and multidisciplinary providers
